Privacy

LAST UPDATED 25 AUGUST 2026

This site is a plain static website. We do not set cookies of our own and we do not send analytics to a vendor. The homepage keeps a short list of button names in your browser's memory (for example which role you picked, which payment you chose, and whether you already joined the $MGRO notify list). That list can stay until you pick a different next step or clear site data, so a later visit can resume the same path. Those names never leave your browser, do not include your email, and do not identify you. There is one form: the $MGRO launch notify box.

The notify form

If you submit your email in the notify box, we store the address and the time in a file on our own server, outside the public web folder. No third party receives it. We use it for one thing: emailing you when the $MGRO pool opens. If you want your address removed before then, tell us through the support chat on treegens.app and we will delete it.

What the server records

Our host (Hostinger) keeps standard web server logs: IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string. These are used to keep the site running and secure. We do not build profiles from them and we do not sell them.

Things embedded from elsewhere

Some parts of the page are loaded from other companies. When those load, that company can see your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy:

The field videos themselves are served from this site, so watching them tells nobody but our own server.

Links away from here

Links to the Treegens app, the Treegens Foundation, the GROWalition, exchanges, block explorers and social networks take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies. Once you are there, this policy no longer applies.

Wallets and onchain activity

This site never asks for a wallet connection, a seed phrase or a private key, and it cannot move funds. Anything you do on a blockchain is public and permanent by design, and is not something we can delete on request.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights and how to reach us

This site is published by Treegen Regeneration Inc. Donations are handled by Treegens Foundation, a 501(c)(3) at treegensfoundation.org, under the Foundation's own policy. Because we hold essentially nothing about you, there is usually nothing to export or erase. If you want to ask about server logs, or anything else here, message us on X or Telegram.
