What this site is
An informational site about the Treegens movement, published by Treegen Regeneration Inc: the tree planting, the AI verification, the app, the GROWalition and the tokens. It is not a shop, an exchange, a wallet or a financial service.
Nothing here is financial advice
$TGN, $MGRO and the DSST NFTs are described so you can understand how the system works. Describing them is not an offer to sell, a solicitation, a recommendation, or investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Links to exchanges and block explorers are provided for convenience; those are third-party services we do not control, and we are not a party to anything you do there. Decide for yourself, and take your own advice.
Donations
Charitable donations are handled by the Treegens Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit at treegensfoundation.org, under its privacy and donation policy, which sets out how donated funds are used. Treegen Regeneration Inc is the company behind this site; it is not the 501(c)(3). Buying a token is not a donation and is not tax-deductible.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the numbers on this site true, and to show the raw footage behind them. Even so, the content is provided "as is", may contain errors, and may change. Forward-looking statements about the roadmap are intentions, not promises. Tree counts come from our AI verification pipeline together with DAO verifiers; the original field files are linked so you can check them yourself.
Your use of the site
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades service for others. The Treegens name, logo and site content belong to Treegen Regeneration Inc or its licensors; the field footage and photographs may not be republished as your own. Quoting us with a link back is welcome.
Third-party content
Media logos are shown to indicate coverage by those outlets. Partner logos indicate collaboration. Neither implies endorsement of the tokens by those organisations.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Treegen Regeneration Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including trading losses.
